Rescheduling: Rescheduling is possible but depends on the slot availability.

First rescheduling: Free of charge.

Subsequent rescheduling: INR 2500 per additional rescheduling.

Rescheduling due to bad weather or if initiated by Kliqvid photography: No extra charges for rescheduling due to unforeseen weather conditions or if initiated by Kliqvid Photography.

Travel charges: If the photoshoot is rescheduled after our team arrives at your location, travel charges are non-refundable and additional travel charges to be paid for next rescheduling.

Cancellation on the scheduled day due to unforeseen weather conditions or by Kliqvid photography: 100% advance will be refunded if the photoshoot is cancelled due to unforeseen weather conditions, premature delivery, or if cancelled by Kliqvid Photography.

Cancellation before the scheduled day: 100% advance will be refunded if photo session gets cancelled minimum one day before the scheduled date.

Cancellation on the scheduled day: Advance amount will be refunded after adjusting the make-up and travel charges (if any). 

Forced cancellation by client: Advance amount will be refunded after adjusting the make-up and travel charges if session gets cancelled due to a no-show or delay by client.

Non-refundable charges: Travel, advance and make-up charges are non-refundable if the photoshoot is cancelled due to slot unavailability after a re-scheduling request.
